During my stay at New Hotel, I found that the location was indeed convenient and the staff were helpful. However, the state of the room left much to be desired. The dark colors, lack of light, and subpar facilities made for a less-than-ideal experience. The breakfast, priced at 18 euros per person, was a saving grace with its quality and variety.Regarding amenities, the hotel offers underground parking, which was a plus, as well as cutlery and glasses upon request. The efficient handling of room issues by the Hotel Manager was appreciated, showcasing professionalism.In terms of value, guests should carefully weigh the cost of stay against the overall luxury and comfort provided. While there are areas needing improvement, such as room conditions, the hotel's offerings may suit budget-conscious travelers looking for a central location and satisfactory service.
